He started from bottom years ago, and has risen to the top by taking tremendous efforts to make things work. He earned it. He provides client friendliness. Will Gakos is the sales manager, a true professional with deep knowledge on products. He interacts with clients a lot, understands client's needs and provides solutions. He says no to you if things don't make sense from client's points of view. How many sales guys say, " No, it's not good for you." None. I recommend him. Marcy Gross is the service manager. You don't get a good sense of calmness when you go to the service center. No one likes it. Marcy is special. Her communication is great. Problems difficult to put in words, she listens carefully and understands what they are. Once all done, she confirms with you if everything is ok. Professionalism is way up there. He was fair, straight forward, accessible, an made sure that my car was in "Showroom Shape" prior to shipping. My car departed the dealership during the holiday season. Will personally met the transport after hours to ensure a timely delivery. He stayed in touch with me through the entire purchasing and transport process. He truly made my experience feel as though i was physically at the dealership. He followed up with me post delivery and continues to stay in touch. Each step of the process, from placing my initial order to making last minute changes to my order and eventually delivery were all handled exactly the way I would expect from a premium Porsche dealership. I even had a chance to meet Joseph, a service advisor, and Brian, a friendly and informative technician that performed the pre delivery inspection on my car. Top-notch service all around. It was May and I was in a lease that ran until September in a BMW I didn't really care for. I had built the car I wanted on the Porsche Web site then put it out online for a quote. I had also visited the dealer I'd previously bought 5 or 6 Porsche's from and as helpful as they are, for some reason they didn't take me seriously. Of the dealers who did respond, William Gakos of Town Motors Corporation in Englewood took a real interest in my needs. He was low key, very sincere and said he could make me an offer that would put me in the car I wanted right away at a great price and also offer credits for the remainder of my existing lease. And he did just that. It's amazing and I'm having great fum in my new Cayman. Another thing is unlike my previous dealer, Town is a smaller operation and I got to meet the whole team including Jake Semon the sales manager,Miguel Santos the finance manager, Marcy Gross the service manager and all the others. And even though this time around I was only getting a Cayman, they treated better that the other dealer did when I bought a 6month old Turbo for well over $100k. Now that I've been driving the car for two months, I hear from William and Jake who invite me to various Porsche events and double check I'm enjoying the car. What a great dealership and team of people. Love them.. More
