He could review their current loaner system. It was a hassle to arrive 7am in the morning to make sure I get a loaner. Making appointments is useless really. If you're not through the door at 7am, they cannot guarantee a loaner. Had to reschedule for this reason. Either secure more loaners; clearly the current supply does not meet the demand, or find a reliable system that works with the appointments. I will continue to use their services and I can recommend them. More
