I was quoted over the phone a price of $499 for my 20k mile service on my 2025 Porsche Cayenne, which I bought from this dealership in Nov, 2025, as a pre-owned vehicle. When I went to check in this morni mile service on my 2025 Porsche Cayenne, which I bought from this dealership in Nov, 2025, as a pre-owned vehicle. When I went to check in this morning, the service advisor 'Francisco' claimed that I needed the "2 year anniversary service", quoting me $1850.00. I was furious that they baited into the dealership on a interval oil/filter change with coupon and attempted to switch me to a service that was not even due yet!! The in-service date for the car was not two years ago! I will NEVER take my car back there again and would advise the same for all Porsche owners! BEWARE of Porsche Fremont!! More

Without investigating, asking questions, or showing the slightest interest in helping, Eric immediately declared that the crack must have come from a pre-existing chip. Could that be possible? Maybe. But when I asked if something could have happened during the recall service, the car wash, or while moving and parking the vehicle, Sales Manager acted as if the dealership operated inside a force field where nothing can ever go wrong. Customer Service was lost and so was a loyal customer as he refused to work with me and take come responsibility as the car was under the dealerships care and they passed the blame responsibility to me and said, "you have insurance, file a claim.". I am currently working on filing formal complaints and reporting this incident to BRA as the dealership took zero responsibility of the damage and refused to provide the GMs contact info. The worse dealership experience ever. More
