The original issue was unresolved and returned days later, plus they completely missed a coolant leak, both of which were properly diagnosed and fixed by another dealership. Avoid this location. I brought my 2022 Cayenne in on June 4 for a warranty repair because of an audio issue. When I returned on June 18 to pick up my car, I found out that my windshield had been damaged while the vehicle was in their possession. Nobody informed me I only found out when I was about to drive out of their parking lot. Thank God I didn't drive out. I was told by the service manager Aaron Geiger that it would take another 3–4 days. Instead, my car stayed there until July 8. A total of 34 DAYS! The front desk kept dragging things out. One time, the front desk lady told me to call back in 30 minutes, but when I called back, another employee picked up and told me she had already gone home. This is how "professional" they are. For over three weeks, every phone call ended with "a couple more days." No one could give me a real answer or an actual completion date. The most unbelievable part happened when I finally drove to the dealership in person because no one would provide clear information over the phone. After being told yet again that it would take "a few more days," I said OK, and I asked to retrieve some personal belongings from my car. Only then did the staff realize my windshield had already been replaced and my vehicle was sitting there completed. They didn't even know the car was ready. SERVICE MANAGER Aaron Geiger never apologized, never came out to speak with me, and never gave me any explanation for what happened. To make matters worse, the original audio issue returned just a few days later. I took the vehicle to another Porsche dealership, where they immediately verified the problem, replaced a faulty speaker under warranty, and even discovered a coolant leak that required repair—something Porsche Gold Coast completely failed to notice during the 34 days they had my car. This dealership showed no communication, no accountability, and no respect for its customers. Porsche builds world-class vehicles, but Porsche Gold Coast Service Center completely fails to deliver the level of service that the Porsche name represents. More
