Very dissatisfied with this managers customer service care. I bought my cayenne porsche which was CPO three weeks ago on a Saturday. Sunday morning I found a very large puddle of oil under the porsche. O care. I bought my cayenne porsche which was CPO three weeks ago on a Saturday. Sunday morning I found a very large puddle of oil under the porsche. On Monday spoke to a service man that instructed us to DRIVE the vehicle back to Grapevine Porsche. My husband took off work Monday drove 2.5 hours and was given a loaner. We were happy with the service thus far. About 4 days later Porsche called and said the vehicle was ready and we could come pick it up. My husband asked if someone could please deliver it to us so that we didn't have to take off work again, and they agreed. When the porsche returned it had been driven that weekend and once the following week. That week on Friday when we drove the porsche the vehicle immediately started making a "knocking" noise and continued to get worse whether I was speeding up, slowing down, or even backing up. First thing Monday morning my husband called with concern. They once again instructed him to drive the vehicle to Grapevine. My husband asked if someone could bring us a loaner and pick the porsche up. He was told, "No!" The man said they wouldn't want one of their employees driving the porsche and something happen to them yet he wanted my Husband to drive it to them. This went back and forth for sometime before I reached out to our great Salesman, Teiryn Fields. He offered to get the issue resolved. The next day or possible Monday night someone called to let my husband know they would send a truck to pick up the porsche and deliver a loaner to us. I attempted the following day to reach out to the general manager and left a voicemail with no return call. The following Wednesday I returned a call asking to speak with a general manager. A polite young lady asked me for all information to relay to the manager before he called me back. She further assured me he would look into the issue in detail before he would call me back. He eventually sent me an email to call him instead of him returning my call. Upon speaking to the general manager, Jordan Mizrach, he assumed he knew the problem before he even asked me any questions. His description of the problem does not match the actual problem. He even had a solution to the problem which wasn't the problem. He suggested I trade the vehicle in on something else they had or let them fix the issue. I told him that I didn't need to settle for something I didn't want on his lot. I also told him I didn't care if they fixed this issue this time because I was worried about the next issue. I simple wanted a refund and they could have the vehicle back. He told me that wasn't an option. I then asked for his manager and he told me he didn't have one. I asked for the name of the person over him and he said he would email me the information. I told him, "No, I will wait to get the information over the phone." He placed me on hold then returned to the call and gave me the owner of Grapevine Porsche's name, Hesham Elgaghil along with his number. My spouse has since reached out to the owner and left a voicemail. We are patiently waiting for a return call to resolve this issue. I never imagined to pay the price I've paid for this vehicle and then to be treated in this fashion. I appreciate the salesman Teiryn Fields and his efforts in trying to further assist. More
