By far the best car buying experience my wife and I have had. From start to finish Luke and Paul were extremely professional and I appreciate the fact that we were treated seriously from the get go. I had originally not planned on purchasing a car for a couple of months and I was up front about that. Nonetheless when we first stepped into Porsche Grapevine we were treated as if we were the only clients shopping that day and handled with the utmost care and patience. We ended up loving one of the vehicles we tested out and decided to pull the trigger a few days later. We were never pressured once throughout the process to make a purchase we weren’t comfortable with. I feel like it goes without saying that this is a normal experience for a Porsche dealership, but with us purchasing most recently from Park Place in Dallas and previously at the David Mcdavid Honda dealerships, the experience we received just from the customer service side was on a whole other level at Porsche Grapevine. I will definitely be referring the Porsche brand and especially the Porsche Grapevine dealership to all my friends and family. More

He introduced me to Paul Kim and he made me feel that he was doing everything in his power to give me exactly what I wanted for the best price possible. They always made me feel like I was the top priority, even though they had several other customers. I work in the customer service/sales industry and I always strive to create a client for life, not just sell 1 deal and move on to the next. Thats exactly what Porsche Grapevine achieved with me.
