This was the ONLY vehicle I was looking for the "Unicorn" of all cars! a pre-owned low mileage MINT Condition Landrover LR4 for my wife for Christmas. This was the ONLY vehicle that I knew that would get her out of her 2011 Jeep Wrangler that she loved. I called Aaron when I saw this 1 of a kind MINT CONDITION 2016 LR4 (the last year made) - the only one like it in the DFW Metroplex - and we spoke on Christmas Eve day and discussed what I needed for my trade and what I needed for the LR4 Payment. My experience started off great when I received a response to my email to the dealership. What was exceptional about that response is that it came late in the evening, the dealership must have been closed??? I'm from California and with the time difference I didn't expect a response until the next day, but as I mentioned Alex responded that evening stating that he would research the information I needed and respond the next day. He responded the next day as promised and always returned my calls, text or emails, if he was unavailable. Alex understood the challenges to purchasing a car from 2000 miles away and was patient with all of my questions and requests. The entire process ran extremely well. What was refreshing is that Alex didn't try to over-sell himself or the car. He didn't start off by calling me by my first name (which I hate is business transactions), just for the purpose of acting like we were old friends. He kept it professional, yet friendly.
