Very disappointed this last visit. The interior of my vehicle was returned to me extremely dirty. I washed my car weekly and when I dropped my vehicle it was clean. Brought my car to the dealer as I always do on Monday 5/22. Fluid leaking from the very rear of the car. 14 days later I was told it was probably a loose connection with a hose. Hose was tightened and it took three days to test drive the car. Results showed it was the water pump that was leaking and had to wait for a part. 12 days later the pump was replaced, a test drive was completed, and I picked up the car Saturday, 6/17/23. I thought 28 days was just too long a time period at the shop to complete the job. I was also talked into a wheel alignment when I had that done in November of 2022. More
