Working with sync Paolino Bastone, Jr., the Business Manager... we both felt that the professionalism displayed in their handling of the entire transaction amounted to a score of 11 on a ten point scale. Even when a slight glitch occurred just before delivery, John and Paolino addressed the issue strictly from our standpoint and our point of view and resolved the 'de minimis' matter quickly and efficiently. You know, we did visit one other Porsche store looking to see a particular grey colored interior during our 'thinking' process and were contacted by that dealership just before we committed with Pepe ... and were offered an financial incentive to switch dealerships at the last minute. We _never even considered_ switching our loyalty because of the way my wife and I were treated during the entire Porsche of Larchmont sales experience. More

I had a wonderful experience ordering & picking up at deliver. They even let me test drive a 911 while I waited. I never once felt any pressure to buy extra things I didn't want and they were there to answers I had. My only disappointment is the car took 2 months longer than expected to arrive. I did top out on options & the car is highly in demand, but that's a good problem Porsche should have anticipated in build capacity planning. Overall, I'm extremely happy with the car. Better in person than in photos & glad I waited for it. More

I live in Texas and buying a car out of state can be a risky proposition. From day one these guys were pros--never missing a beat and taking service to the next level. Finding a new GT3 is hard enough, but after a 15 minute call with Gary we had agreed to terms, and everything went into action. No games. No funny fees. No stories. Just honest answers and great staff to complete the transaction. Karina kept me informed the entire time and even sent pics of my car (because we had to wait on the carrier to pick-up). She was great and almost more exited than I was--fun person to buy from. Paolino in F&I was straightforward and made things happen. Paperwork was FedEx'd to me and retuned the following day. No extra or hidden fees--exactly as discussed. And Gary is the Sales GM and about as professional as you will find. This is my fourth 911 and I have found my new home for Porsche--even though I'm 1700 miles away. If you're local or long distance, the team at Larchmont truly rocks. Those in the NY area are very lucky to be able to have such an amazing dealer so close by. More

I had been looking for a fairly new Panamera with minimal mileage for some time. Porsche of Larchmont had the car I was looking for. After some discussion and a test drive Karina convinced me that the Pan mileage for some time. Porsche of Larchmont had the car I was looking for.
