Horrible buying experience. For a vehicle priced over $100,000, waiting three weeks and still not having the car delivered is completely unacceptable. The entire process has been extremely slow, with constant back-and-forth, poor communication, and repeated delays. Their system seems to be down most of the time, and even the shipper could not pick up the vehicle because it was still not ready. On top of that, even though these delays were clearly on their side and I still do not have the car, they were not willing to offer even the shipment cost as a basic gesture of responsibility. Instead, they offered a free car keychain. For a purchase of this size, after weeks of delays and no delivery, that is honestly insulting and feels like a joke. For a dealership selling high-end vehicles, this level of disorganization, lack of urgency, and lack of accountability is shocking. At this point, I am beyond disappointed. This has been one of the worst car-buying experiences I have ever had. More
