Great experience from start to finish. Travis in sales was knowledgeable, fun to work with and very service oriented throughout the process. He’s a good listener and super responsive and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. When I ordered the car he took a lot of time to explain different options and features and similarly at delivery worked with me to set up the car and show me how to use all the amazing features. This is my 3rd Porsche and this was by far the best buying experience— and I love my new Porsche Cayenne Hybrid Coupe! More
I was so looking forward to purchasing my dream, used, six-figure car after having a wonderful experience working with Travis. While waiting for the deposit link, my rep informed me that there was another deal being worked in the background, generated that day. My rep was caring for another customer during an appointment and was trying to have a manger assist he and I. Bottom line, the vehicle was sold out from under me. Management's attitude on a used, non-Porsche unit, was "its not sold until its sold, a deposit isn't a sale." So my representative being scheduled with an appointment, and managements lack of response days prior to and during deposit, led to me losing this car that I had worked to close on. I never would have thought that I would be regretting being professional and giving time and space for a dealership to get me numbers, I supposed I should have been the pushy one here. Overall, left a very poor taste regarding the professional tact of the sales management team. More

They thoroughly answered all my questions, and their excellent customer service didn't end after they handed me the keys - they have been very welcoming and helpful with my post-delivery questions, for example, giving me detailed written instructions on how to set up Homelink. I highly recommend Porsche Littleton if you want a fair, no-stress buying experience. More

Horrible buying experience. For a vehicle priced over $100,000, waiting three weeks and still not having the car delivered is completely unacceptable. The entire process has For a vehicle priced over $100,000, waiting three weeks and still not having the car delivered is completely unacceptable. The entire process has been extremely slow, with constant back-and-forth, poor communication, and repeated delays. Their system seems to be down most of the time, and even the shipper could not pick up the vehicle because it was still not ready. On top of that, even though these delays were clearly on their side and I still do not have the car, they were not willing to offer even the shipment cost as a basic gesture of responsibility. Instead, they offered a free car keychain. For a purchase of this size, after weeks of delays and no delivery, that is honestly insulting and feels like a joke. For a dealership selling high-end vehicles, this level of disorganization, lack of urgency, and lack of accountability is shocking. At this point, I am beyond disappointed. This has been one of the worst car-buying experiences I have ever had. More
Lance, Gary and Mitch made buying our Porsche GT 3 made us feel like we were family. Once we found Lance we found our perfect Porsche guide.
