First — I expect good service, especially after purchasing a new Porsche + brining my 911 TTS in for factory service. Unfortunately communication has been poor where simple courtesy would be so easy. My experience last fall was bad enough with delays and lack of follow-through that the manager offered me a free detail when I pointed out how poor my experience had been. . Okay — this is a nice gesture for a service failure. Fast forward to my current service — and the communication was no better. They lost my tires and blamed me for not picking them up (I was told they were put in my wife’s car and I hadn’t noticed that the tires in her car were her summer tires, not mine). And basically their response was simply “they must have been discarded since they weren’t picked up.” Here I can see error on my part, but simple follow-through by my dealer would have avoided this costly extra cost to me. Next — I’d been careful to schedule when I was available to pick up my car, but again it was not done on time. And finally, after having my car for 10 days, I was notified that two recall repairs are required, AND they haven’t been done (!). I’m aware of the Porsche Tax, but never expected this level of poor service. More

If a customer and management agree to price and gets all the required paperwork then the vehicle should not be sold out from under them. I was out of state buyer and got paperwork back to them within 10 minutes, never told of another buyer. I even ask to place a deposit on car to hold it while paperwork was processed. They told me the dealership does not allow that. I have never left a negative review before but felt this was a poor customer service and deceitful. More
