Without any pressure or being rushed Ezzy helped my wife to better understand the Macan and its features. I was extremely pleased to see how professional and courteous Ezzy was to my wife as I stayed in the background. Ezzy was very thorough in answering her many questions with his great knowledge of the Macan and the changes to the 2019 model. After our test drive, she was so pleased with a final decision. As a retired CEO, I found Ezzy to be honest and sincere in his business dealings as we finished the business side of the purchase. We both walked away happy with our experience and plan on telling our friends. The next day we picked up her new Macan and she gave Ezzy a hug as soon as she walked in the door. Ezzy went over all the features again so she would drive safely home that day. You dont always have that experience and I was very impressed. More

Upon getting into the vehicle and driving it, i experienced nothing but a big smile for me the entire time. Bill arranged for an extended test drive to help us make our purchase decision which was very helpful. The car is fabulous, but we did not realize all of the bells and whistles, quality features, as well as some car history, until we spent a couple hours with John. This made our purchase even more enjoyable, and reinforced our purchase decision. John patiently explained each aspect of the vehicle's capability and useful amenities.
