Our experience at Stevinson Imports was pretty incredible, from the no pressure, informative first visit all the way through the delivery, financing, and opportunity to have John Fleming walk us through the ins and outs of this beautiful vehicle. Bill kept us informed about the progress as our SUV was manufactured and in transit to Colorado, Paul walked us through the paperwork at closing, and Todd answered question after question on the money side. I think the best part, however, was John helping us figure out what we had at our fingertips. John is passionate about Porsche and his love for these vehicles comes through in his hands-on introduction. We will return for more tips from John and for service. Looking forward to working with Elspeth when the need arises. This was our second experience buying a Porsche, and this one was head and shoulders above the prior one at a different dealership. More

Ghastly experience in service department with new car. I purchased a new Boxster at the Colorado Springs dealership because they had a color not available in the Stevinson lot. I was told that any Porsche I purchased a new Boxster at the Colorado Springs dealership because they had a color not available in the Stevinson lot. I was told that any Porsche dealership can activate the Porsche Connect Plus feature, so I brought the car to Stevinson. After two separate visits, each of which took approximately two hours out of my day, they told me they could not solve the problem because a Sim card chip had not been installed at the time of delivery and they would not install a spare for me. The Colorado Springs dealership from whom I purchased the car said that every dealership has plenty of spares, and offered to drive one to my home in south Denver – a far more satisfying customer service experience (for which I will provide a much more glowing review in connection with that dealership). That said, I was surprised at how discourteous and inefficient the service personnel were — especially Joe Jett, the “Porsche Brand Ambassador,” who was stern, abrupt and unfriendly. Is that the image Porsche wants its “Ambassadors” to portray to the public? Porsches are great cars, but this particular service facility appears to have a strong dislike of customers who have purchased their cars at other dealers. It would be pure speculation to assume that, if I had purchased my car from them, I would receive better treatment – so it may be that they simply just don’t like customers in the first place. If service quality is part of your buying decision, look elsewhere! More
