5 VISITS, OVER $3000 SPENT, COULDN'T FIX IT VERY disappointed with Stevinson service. My car had a check engine light on, brought it in for service. They kept the car for a week, charged me $260 VERY disappointed with Stevinson service. My car had a check engine light on, brought it in for service. They kept the car for a week, charged me $2600 for misdiagnosing and replacing unnecessary parts. Check engine light came back on 5 minutes after leaving the dealership. Took the car back 5 times, paid additional $1000, over $3600 in total. 2 weeks driving a loaner car. Service advisor seemed to be clueless, same with shop foreman, who was rude and downtalked to me. Service manager was no help either. In short, I was charged a lot of money, wasted a lot of time. Car is in the same condition with check engine light on as I brought it in. Incompetent service department staff. Shop foreman with attitude. More
