Almina was extremely helpful in assisting us with the service on both our Porsche Cayenne and 911. We had quite a bit of work required recently - especially on the 911 with the front end suspension and service on both our Porsche Cayenne and 911. We had quite a bit of work required recently - especially on the 911 with the front end suspension and brakes as well as the soft top hinge covers and debugging the transmission temp warning. The Porsche Livermore team was very thorough in their diagnostics and documenting the work that was done. More
Our car was there 10 hours. I had to ck TJ halt ask for updates and was told the problem was being diagnosed. I finally called at 5:20 to see if we could pick the car up because I had to ck TJ halt ask for updates and was told the problem was being diagnosed. I finally called at 5:20 to see if we could pick the car up because we live in Idaho and were heading home the next day. I was told it just needed coolant for the air conditioner so they put some in and some dye to see is there was a leak. We headed home nd the air didn’t work so I made an appointment at the Porsche dealer there. Within a short time they diagnosed the real problem! It had a hole in the air compressor caused by rocks flying up from the roadway by a passing truck. It was sending steam and smoke out the grill when the air was charged. Amazing they didn’t find that in 19 hours in Livermore!! Repair was $5800! More
Well, most terrible from the sales manager are not honoring his handshake to the scorpion, un functional in the evenings due to the headlight, not working! And the dealership not doing the repair! My honoring his handshake to the scorpion, un functional in the evenings due to the headlight, not working! And the dealership not doing the repair! My independent mechanic can take care of it, but I would expect to be compensated! I have missed so many Meetings in the evening and had to return from functions before dark and being embarrassed as to having a let family know that we had to leave before dark because the xxxx light doesn't work on the car! Unbelievable! I certainly wouldn't run any of my businesses this way! More

When I purchased my vehicle, I waited several months for delivery. At no point during this waiting period was I informed that a tariff-related markup would be added to the price. This was only brought up late in the process, which felt unexpected and lacking in transparency. In addition, I was charged approximately $600 in excess sales tax due to an error on their side. While this was eventually identified, it should not have happened in the first place. The vehicle itself was also not properly inspected prior to delivery. From the start, it had a persistent squeaking noise coming from the window area, which appears to be related to the rubber seals. When I brought the car back for warranty service, the service department kept the vehicle for nearly three days but did not resolve the issue. Even more concerning, I was told by the service advisor that the noise was “normal” and that the car was designed to be loud — implying that the squeaking was acceptable because of engine noise. This explanation is completely unrelated to the actual issue and was not helpful. Overall, this experience has fallen short of the standards I expected from the Porsche brand. I hope the dealership can improve transparency, attention to detail, and service quality for future customers. More
