It is important to me to be spoken to in a non-condescending manner when technicians explain what's going on with my car. I’ve never been pressured to fix anything other than what I brought my car in for. I trust them. I am tired of being a consumer that is not appreciated. Walser Toyota treated me consistently poorly; I cringed every time I had to go there. One time the service manager actually yelled at me in front of other costumers for not purchasing my tires through them. So when it was time to replace my SUV, I knew I wanted to purchase from Porsche Minneapolis. The Macan is more than I thought I’d ever spend on an SUV, but it is definitely worth it. I love having the heated steering wheel and the calls made via Bluetooth are crystal clear. Brian Gottschalk, the salesman helping us, is very professional, helpful and easy-going. He was able to help answer any questions we had and made us feel really comfortable. I was stuck at work and he allowed my husband drive the Macan to me so I could test drive it. Since our purchase, he has offered to spend more time with us to help set up any features that we have not figured out ourselves. You can’t go wrong purchasing from Porsche Minneapolis. More
