We worked out the deal over the phone, and Craig went above and beyond. He sent me videos, provided all the information I requested, and was always quick to respond. Big thanks to Peter Bowers - Parts Specialist who did some research and found the correct steering wheel...I think it came from Germany. He took the extra steps to verify the part when it was received some research and found the correct steering wheel...I think it came from Germany. He took the extra steps to verify the part when it was received into Porsche Naples and that it was in excellent condition. Kevin Anderson - Service Advisor organized with the team to get steering wheel installed. They also had to do some programing to the car with the steering wheel install. When I drove home from the dealership, I ran a series of trials on all the steering wheel controls. Everything worked perfect just like I would expect from the Porsche Naples team. I encourage anyone thinking about the carbon steering wheel upgrade to do it as it brings the entire interior to another level ! More

Just had my second year service on my GT4RS and worked with Kevin Anderson. He made sure that the parts department had in stock the special engine oil & special brake flush fluid I requested for this with Kevin Anderson. He made sure that the parts department had in stock the special engine oil & special brake flush fluid I requested for this years service. I track my car and this year I had the service department rescan the computer codes twice just to make sures all pertinent safety systems are functioning which they always have, (its just for peace of mind). The loaner was ready and waiting for me as I had to change the original service date that was scheduled a long time ago. The service department uses a text message system to communicate with customers which is very effective. I like a lot of detail and when ever I ask Kevin to call me to review something about the service, he calls promptly. He makes sure I am comfortable with our discussion always. Kevin and the entire team at Porsche Naples do a great job! More
