The staff is nice and helpful my only complain is that I spent over $4,000 for my brakes and my car still squeels pretty bad when I brake. Buyer beware of the CPO designation offered at this dealership. I bought a Certified Pre-Owned 2018 Macan S with 11,800 miles not too long ago. Six months later, after having driven 7,000 miles, al dealership. I bought a Certified Pre-Owned 2018 Macan S with 11,800 miles not too long ago. Six months later, after having driven 7,000 miles, all four tires and the rear brakes had to be replaced at a cost of $2,700. I appealed this to the sales department, who disavowed any responsibility and turned the matter over to the service department. The service manager basically said "tough luck". Porche has a wonderful product line, but, the Naples Porsche dealership failed me miserably. I have since sold the car and returned to Lexus. If I was ever to reconsider Porsche I would NEVER go to this dealership again. More
