I have been in the past to several Porsche dealers in the area . I live in Northern California. I choose to come down to Newport Beach Porsche. The Staff is old-school in there professionalism, attire , and area . I live in Northern California. I choose to come down to Newport Beach Porsche. The Staff is old-school in there professionalism, attire , and approach to the customers. I was greeted and lead to the lounge for refreshments. I met with Simon my service advisor. We went through the history of the car and the plan for the service. He even gave me an honest estimation of what things may cost in the future. When I was finished with the service, it turned out that many of the deficiencies I was warned of from other dealers and specialty mechanics were actually not as bad as I thought, and did not need to be addressed at this time. We developed a plan for future appointments and systematic approach to maintaining my car given its current age , value , and how much I drive per year. Today this is my best experience with Porsche and I’m glad that they maintain the standards that I expect but seldom realize in today’s world. More
