I reached out to the dealership and Matt returned contact by email. I followed up with a call and asked for him to do a walk through of the car with me. I did not hear back. I reached back out to him and by email. I followed up with a call and asked for him to do a walk through of the car with me. I did not hear back. I reached back out to him and he said he had been busy and that he could do the walk through then and we did. I told him that I would get back to him. On Saturday I called him and he again said that he was buys and that he would call me as soon as he got a free moment. Again, no return call or follow up. I am in professional sales at the highest level and I cannot imagine having an interested customer and me not following up. I guess business is good!!! I personally like doing business with organizations that demonstrate they want to earn our business. Matt was a nice person when I spoke with him and I am sure he is very capable. Just simply not the follow that I would have expected. More
