I love Tom my salesperson. Service techs are so nice but there is a huge problem. I was called morning of a service scheduled 2 weeks in advance that there were no loaners. Service techs are so nice but there is a huge problem. I was called morning of a service scheduled 2 weeks in advance that there were no loaners. Then I never heard back until I checked day 2 and 3. Took My car in and it took 2 days to service even when I told them I was going out of town for a few days and the loaner would sit at the airport. Thank goodness your service manager doesn’t work for Amazon. Service and logistics don’t make sense. Service work was fine and staff great. I blame the service manager who doesn’t represent a world class dealership. I remember when the dealership tried to return cars witching a few hours. More

I was so disappointed with Irvine Porsche’s customer service. Then I tried Newport. Best dealer best service. Purchased my 2022 Cayenne GTS very smoothly. The RFQ, follow up and execution of the service was not as fast as Porsche, but overall in the end they delivered a good service at a reasonable pri The RFQ, follow up and execution of the service was not as fast as Porsche, but overall in the end they delivered a good service at a reasonable price (15% discount included for PCA members 10%), oil changed, inspection, etc done, able to get loan car (Cayenne) and fix a noise since acquired the car, service done in a good time manner around 5 business days, the washing was poorly executed not as expected for a premium brand, great CX from Evan Lebrun service representative. Easy to book, must be done ahead as it’s taking 30 days for availability, fast to drop off and pick up, payment can be done ahead. More
