A pauper who received a prince’s treatment Came in to this Porsche dealership to buy a used 2005 Chevy Suburban. The sale was small beans for these guys, but I felt like I received the same car Came in to this Porsche dealership to buy a used 2005 Chevy Suburban. The sale was small beans for these guys, but I felt like I received the same care and attention from Matthew, Gio, and the rest of the team that they’d have given me if I’d been buying a new Porsche. Super relaxed and hassle-free process. They even detailed the truck and filled it up with a full tank before I drove it off the lot. Couldn’t be happier. I can only speak to the experience of buying a used car here - they seem to have a higher quality used inventory because of the area they are in - but if I win the lottery, you can bet they’ll be the dealership I go to for my new Porsche. Dro Both husband and I took time off work to see a car. Scheduled with Ryan, confirmed before we left. He tells us they wont negotiate on price. Fine. Drove all the way from San Diego county and arrived to find no one could help us for 20 minutes. Fine. Finally Ryan comes out and hands us off immediately to someone else. Fine. That person has no idea what car we are interested and spends another 5 mins looking for the car. Fine. Comes back to tell us its in the shop and unviewable. Wth? Ok, NOT FINE. Enough! No appologies, nothing, just an oh well, come back Monday. Uhhhh, wow, great customer service! Great coordination! Thanks for allowing us to waste over 3 hours in traffic and time off work. Cant imagine what the purchase process would have been like. More
