Presented at the site for included maintenance but because I was “off calendar” there was a >$1300.00 cost for me. I had checked prior to making the appointment and was told there would be no cost. Full disclosure, I was told that by the dealer I worked with in Texas when I obtained my vehicle. I was just surprised and disappointed that Porsche as an organization did not take into consideration that people were driving less due to COVID and there was no leeway provided for time vs. mileage. It hasn’t changed my opinion about this dealership which remains high but has definitely dimmed my view of the Porsche brand overall. More
