He also told us some interesting stories about other Porsche models he had tested. The service was excellent and the full cleaning was great. When we picked up the car it looked as good as it did the day we bought it. We had a great experience at Porsche Orland Park. We will be back! More
Not clear enough service I had a vehicle diagnosed for $310 but it was a simple print out of a part needed but not a break down on repair cost. The dealership only hand wrote the part number down without any explanation of the total cost in which I was told would be $1800. The part cost is $220-399 max at various Porsche dealerships. The dealer offered me 10% off because I refused repair. I then took it to a Porsche in Chicago and quoted the whole entire job for $515. I personally will not go to this dealership again. Clean dealership nice staff but this price difference is unexplainable. Two other Porsche dealership quoted the whole entire job from 520 to 681. Not sure why Porsche of Orland Park came up with price. Sadly, I have no proof or evidence of the $1800 quote because they didnt print it out. All I have is a $310 charge with a part and a hand written part number. More
Went above and beyond. I had my car towed to this establishment, which is more than an hour away, and 8:30 the next evening they delivered a loaner car . Emergency problem resolved. Joh Kitzmiller, the service manager was able get me in on a Monday within 45 minutes of my call. I can't expect every time but I am very thankful.
