Recently had to take my Porsche 911 to Porsche Palm Springs for a convertible top issue. My rear windows would not go back up after closing the top. I got into service within one day, which is great. I remembered her from a previous service visit and recalled her doing great. Well, Danielle continued to provide excellent service. I asked Danielle if a loaner vehicle was available. She told me that none was currently available, but she would check further. She mentioned a potential cancellation and that their loaner might be available. A couple of hours later she called me back and told me that the loaner was available because the other customers cancelled. Danielle already scored points with me by getting a loaner for me. But she wasn't done. While talking to Danielle at dealership, I mentioned that I purchased my 911 over a year ago at another Porsche dealership. However, I still hadn't received my second Porsche key. She stated that this did not sound right. She suggested I call the dealership's part department to see if the key was in. Porsche second keys have apparently been caught up in the supply chain backlog. Well on the way home with the loaner car, Danielle called me and told me she had a surprise. She excitedly told me that my second key was actually at the Palm Springs parts department. Apparently Porsche USA sent it directly to them because it was the closest Porsche dealership near me. She informed me that they would program the key for me, along with my other repairs. The next day I got my 911 back. My second key was programmed and my windows retracted perfectly. Apparently it was a software issue causing window calibration problems. Danielle provided fantastic service. She actually followed up on my questions and addressed them in crazy fast fashion. Her follow-up service and attention to detail was greatly appreciated. When at Porsche Palm Springs for service, definitely ask for Danielle. More
