Blown away at the level of detail and customer service at Porsche Plano. Had a flat tire, brought the car in, they found a technician to stop what they were doing to do the repair and sent me video updates d Porsche Plano. Had to come in to get a FOB for a vehicle that we bought in Lubbock, called and made an appointment and let them know we were driving in from out of town. after we got to Dallas we were called and told tha in Lubbock, called and made an appointment and let them know we were driving in from out of town. after we got to Dallas we were called and told that the fob equipment was not working so, it ended up being a wasted trip. two weeks later we made an appointment and had it set for 1:00. got to the dealership a litte early and they went ahead and let us start the process of processing the fob. took about an hour to do this Partrick was our service contact and he was very nice and was sorry about the confusion 2 weeks before. so the experience turned out fine. if the future if we need service we will use you. This is the 5th Porsche we have owned have a 2013 911 and this 2020 Cayenne at the present time. will use this dealership in the future More
