I have heard great things about this dealership through PCA-GGR (Porsche Club of America - Golden Gate Region) for years but have never bought anything there aside from taking one of our older cars there f PCA-GGR (Porsche Club of America - Golden Gate Region) for years but have never bought anything there aside from taking one of our older cars there for regular service -- I have 7 other Porsches but mostly older / classic ones so have not bought a new car until today. I heard great things about Michael Lustbader there too from friends / the community so we were lucky to work with him today as he helped us to get a new 2024 Cayenne. We inquired about a particular car last night and ended up taking it home today -- we have two young kids so he made the process incredibly efficient and seamless while also managing to help us keep our two young kids from going crazy through the process. I am lucky to have found Michael and will be a return customer. The extra attention to making everything seamless / painless was hugely appreciated and we are super happy with the outcome. My husband and I walked into the dealership with the thought in mind to purchase a Cayenne. At first our welcome wasn't as warm as I expected. I am so thankful that Gary Ho was my salesman, I couldn't have asked for a more professional, knowledgeable, caring, thoughtful and patient person who is passionate about his job. When I tell you there was no pressure from Gary Ho, I absolutely mean that. He was committed to providing the best customer service. I had so many questions for him and there was no hesitation on his part. It took me about 2 1/2 weeks before I made my decision to actually purchase a Cayenne. I went to other Porsche dealerships trying to find the right Cayenne for me, but the customer service and relationship that I developed with Gary Ho just wasn't there. I told Gary Ho that if I bought a Porsche that I would definitely buy it from him. Long story short, I bought a 2023 new Porsche Cayenne from Gary Ho. He is the best salesman that I have ever encountered. My suggestion is that if you are in the market to purchase a Cayenne go see Gary Ho at @Redwood City Porsche. Gary is very knowledgeable about the Porsche product. Gary should be the greeter and the salesman. They could use many more like him, but I think there will only be one Gary Ho.
