Actually had a great experience at Porsche River Oaks, friendly sales staff, efficient process, no one was pushy or try to sell me something I don’t need. However, I was quoted a price for the car that friendly sales staff, efficient process, no one was pushy or try to sell me something I don’t need. However, I was quoted a price for the car that was $1k higher then the advertised price on social media (FB and Cars.com), and then they provided a $750 discount which I’m not sure if they had mistakenly quoted an incorrect price or they discounted the car after it was sold. Otherwise it was one of the best dealerships experience I have had. More

Staff was very disengaged. Salesman checked his phone every 5mins. I didn’t feel recognized at all. It felt like they thought they were doing me a favor. I wasn't impressed the first day I came, sending an email that was missed by the Sales Rep. that I was coming down from Conroe. He had no bedside customer service, was on his cell phone constantly,. never sp that was missed by the Sales Rep. that I was coming down from Conroe. He had no bedside customer service, was on his cell phone constantly,. never spoke to my husband or I, just traipsed us out to the garage and said look at it, it is not ready yet for anyone. He told me I had to make an appt to test drive and see the car when it was ready (of which I did purchase) and told me I didn't make an appt. I asked him to check his emails and then he saw it and expressed that he had many clients that day and doesn't check his email as it's an automated service. So I made another appt for the day after, voiced my approval rating as low to work w/ him again to the front desk. However, the second day was 100% turn around, he stayed off his phone, was pleasant, helpful and attentive, as was the whole team. I understand possible stress, but we didn't take to it lightly after making the long trip down. IN fact we went to another dealer and test drove the same car that evening after leaving the dealership. I was impressed with the car so came back on my appointed time I did purchase the car and very happy with it, probably won't be able to take advantage of the free washes etc, due to living far north of you. But the dealership was organized and everyone helpful at the end. More
