I first went in to Walters in November of 2013, looking to trade in my Porsche for a newer one. I met Tim, who quickly introduced himself and took time to find out what my needs and wants were. He selec to trade in my Porsche for a newer one. I met Tim, who quickly introduced himself and took time to find out what my needs and wants were. He selected and showed me new and used cars, that fit within what I was looking for. However, at that time we could put not a deal together for the trade in of my Porsche for the one I had finally decided on. That was the end of that. But, in January Tim called me to say the Porsche I was looking at was still available, and suggested I was again visit Walters. Tim was persistent and accommodating and put together a deal for me to take my Porsche in trade and get me into the one I wanted. After the deal was done, most sales people are done, but not Tim. Every question or concerned I might have he was available and took whatever steps it took to help. Even the smallest of items, such as not receiving registration tags, one call to Tim and he followed it through until I received them. He has called several times to make sure everything with my Porsche purchase was to my satisfaction. Love my new Porsche, got just what I wanted, Thanks to Tim Churchill. I went to the dealership here locally, saw a car I liked, however it did not have the equipment I wanted First off, I live in San Diego, California. I went to the dealership here locally, saw a car I liked, however it did not have the equipment I wanted. I was going to settle for the car, put my heart was not 100% sold. The service was good. The price they were giving me was simply, ok. They tried, but I wasn't satisfied. I called 3 other dealers in Southern California. The first was Walters. They instantly called me back, with a great price, friendly service, and very knowledgable. John was very professional, yet welcoming for some random person 2 hours away from his dealership. I was happy to see the price he gave me and the pictures he sent me of the car. The next morning, I drove up there, and was greeted by John before I could get 2 feet in the door. How he knew it was me without ever meeting him, I still don't know. Put out his hand, and said, welcome to Walters. I sat down in the chair, looked at the numbers, and had a ton of questions. He and his Sales Manager, Pete Laban, answered all of them. I felt very comfortable with the both of them. After going back and fourth, I even got a lowered price than what I was quoted. In between going back and fourth, I did my own research on my phone, made some calls to other dealerships while I was there, none of them could beat what I got. The other dealers, said I was getting something wrong, or there is no way they will sell you that car at that price. I also want to thank them for telling me that, because that solidified my position with Walters Porsche. We shook hands, and made the deal. I will not loose sleep tonight wondering if I got a good deal. When it came to signing the paperwork and contract, the finance manager Andy Bartoli did not push me at all to get extra services that I told him from the start I was not interested in because of my budget. He respected that. The only thing I do not like about Walters Porsche is that it's 2 hours from me, or lee that would be my dealership for my service maintenance. Thank you very much Walters Porsche. OUTSTANDING DEALER!!! We live in the Los Angeles Area and I can tell you it's worth the one hour drive to Walter's Porsche. After visiting 2 local dealers in Los Angeles area, we received absurd price quotes from both. I then found a similar MSRP Boxster on Walter's web site. Scott Mc Cloud then contacted me and we were quoted a price $311.00 less monthly. Scott is a genuine person without a hint of the BS you get from the typical car salesmen. Scott returned all my emails promptly. We then scheduled to drive out to see him on a Sunday, where Scott and the Walter's Porsche team had the chosen Boxster washed and at the front door waiting for us. Just one problem! My wife spotted a Red Boxster and fell in love with it. Scott and Pete Laban then went to work on the Red Boxster for us and made it happen.
