We were in the market for the new 911 Carrera. We had test driven many cars ranging from BMW to Maserati and were led back to the 911 every time. What earned our business away from our local dealership was my initial contact to Walter's and their assigned contact person, Brand Ambassador, John Beech. This salesman~gentleman, eats, breathes and lives Porsche, but more than this, his enthusiasm and love for providing excellent service is so above and beyond anything that I could have ever asked or imagined... When I initially contacted him, it was by email. In no time flat, he had me feeling so comfortable in our written communication, that I took him up on his offer to contact him by phone. He was so reassuring from the very beginning. His communication was very thorough and he was such a great listener. There was no fast talk, no typical car salesman jargon here. Once he understood the car that I was interested in, he not only went to great lengths to explain all of the options, he took his iPad out in the field and not only did he video the car, he gave a great narration of what he was filming as well as other features that I did not know about. Had John not taped the car, I would not have know that the color was not a good fit for me. He saved me time for sure. When that car didn't work for me, he was quick to go back to the drawing board. John is a GREAT listener. He knew what I desired, what I needed in a auto, and guess what, after a very thorough and detailed search, he found the car!!!! The most beautiful car that I could have imagined!!! the 911 Carrera in Rhodium Silver. Here's the kicker... I had a certain payment in mind and a certain down payment in mind. John found me not only the car I wanted, but what I desired, the car that would fit my budget, in a Cabriolet, and for the same payment that I had been quoted by the other dealer, that I was going to pay for the non-Cab and...with less money down and for a shorter lease period, which is something else that I desired that personally works for me. This is what got us down to Walter's Porsche. We are tough customers to please. We have purchased many... and I do say many automobiles, and it takes a lot to earn our business. Upon our arrival, the experience just got better and better. We had a beautiful test drive and even got to see the internal workings of the service area. John introduced us to service personnel and answered our many questions with ease. He made sure that we were sold not just on the car, but what would happen after we took possession of our new car. John kept his word. There was no switching up when we got there to see the car, test drive the car and ultimately sign the deal. It was truly a "black and white deal". Walter's Porsche was such a nice Dealership to visit. It is beautiful, modern, clean and super friendly. All the sales staff and support staff were super helpful and kind. They even had what tasted like homemade baked goods. Although the Dealership was "five star" great, the true crown goes to Mr. John Beech for going above and beyond the normal to provide an extraordinary experience that is sure to keep us coming back time and time again. I recently bought a 2014 Cayman and I must say that it couldn't of been a better experience working with the crew at Walter's Porsche. When I first arrived I knew what car I was there to see and it just so happened that it was inside the building on display between a few other cars. There was no pressure from the team and when Scott first approached, I felt right away that he really had my own interests in mind. I asked about test driving the car and he immediately grabbed the keys and started unloading cars out of the show room to make room to get mine out. We did a lap of the block and he showed me all the features before switching seats and letting me spend some time in the drivers seat. Long story short the car was awesome and he really made the whole experience a lot of fun. He answered countless questions that I had and I really felt like he wanted me to be 100% happy and confident in every area before buying the car. Andy Bartoli handled the financing and like Scott, was nothing but accommodating and got me the exact deal and terms that I was looking for. In the end I was able to buy my dream car and I left feeling like I had made a few new friends that we're as excited about the purchase as I was. If your interested in a Porsche I can't recommend these guys enough, it was easily the smoothest and most enjoyable car buying experience that I've ever had. My partner and I stopped by Walters Porsche to take a look at a Boxster we had seen on their website. At the time I was wishing rather than overly serious about buying a car. I saw John walk toward us and I immediately went into protective mode by givng the line that "I'm just looking". I really hate the screening and profiling questions car salesman typically ask. We got none of that from John. He was most welcoming, warm, open, sincere, down to earth, and eager to point out the features of the car. It was fun. I could sense how much he loves his job. He drew me into wanting to know more. And then it was impossible to turn down an offer for a test drive. He let us take it out a second time on our own to experience the car on our own. The seed had been planted and I was hooked. I called a few days later and inquired more about the car. John went out of his way to be helpful over the next few days. The car continued to call to me and I picked it up after receiving a deal I couldn't turn down. I arrived at the dealer around 8 in the evening. John came in on his day off - and left his family on Halloween evening to take care of me. Andrew helped me in the Finance area. He too came in on his day off - after having a root canal! Andy was efficent, casual, friendly and complete. After a stress free experience in the Finance Office, John carefully showed me the details of the car. Despite it being nearly 11 at night, he made certain that I had no questions. I felt that my satisfaction was all that mattered.
