We were experiencing an issue with our 2023 Porsche Taycan’s data connection through Porsche Connect. We made and appointment and upon arriving at the Service Department, we were warmly greeted by Loui Taycan’s data connection through Porsche Connect. We made and appointment and upon arriving at the Service Department, we were warmly greeted by Louie DeBelle. Louie immediately addressed all of our questions and concerns with professionalism and care. His communication throughout the entire service process was outstanding—he kept us informed every step of the way. To our surprise and delight, our vehicle was ready ahead of schedule! Not only was the issue resolved, but our Taycan was returned to us freshly washed and vacuumed. Thanks to this excellent experience, we will always bring our Porsche to Porsche of Sacramento for service.
