Our only issue was the hard sell on extras like $995 to replace potentially lost keys and $1295 for their tracker (UCC RECOVR) if the vehicle gets s Our only issue was the hard sell on extras like $995 to replace potentially lost keys and $1295 for their tracker (UCC RECOVR) if the vehicle gets stolen. We were led to believe that the UCC was mandatory. We later found out that the UCC could be removed. They removed it and charged $280 (an hour of labor). Apart from this we had a good experience.
