I am a first time Porsche owner. I brought my car in on March 3 for a pre purchase inspection. I informed my service advisor, Louie, anything that was found wrong with the vehicle I brought my car in on March 3 for a pre purchase inspection. I informed my service advisor, Louie, anything that was found wrong with the vehicle would be covered under my 7 day purchase warranty. Anything found would be covered. The vehicle was under inspection for a 4 hours, where I was informed that everything checked out and there were a few minor items that needed to addressed. The items were paid in full (>$900) by the warranty. A few weeks later, the car notifies me of a low freon level. This seemed odd as all the fluids should have been checked at the inspection. I brought the car in at Louis request and asked if it was checked. I was informed that yes, but the car must have been hot. This explanation made no sense to me, as the inspection was from 8:30 am into late afternoon. I took his word for it and thanked him for topping it off. Wednesday, April 30, I was driving my Porsche back from Paso Robles, first hot day of the year. I proceed to use my ac for the first time, and it blows hot on the driver side. I spoke with Louie and asked had that been checked in the initial inspection. I did not receive an answer, but was asked to bring it in to test it. Right before I brought it in to be checked, I also received an alert from my car that it was low on oil. I informed Louie as well, and brought the car in. The AC was checked, and I was informed that it blew hot on the driver side and would need to be checked. The oil was topped off, and I noticed the sticker in my windows stated it was due for an oil change. I made Louie aware, and it was decided to do the oil change and ac repair at the same time. July 16, I had an appointment for the above, but my car would not start. I was told by Louie to have the car towed to be checked. My insurance covers a 15 mile tow, due to the distance from Cameron Park, the tow cost was $300. The car was inspected and it was a bad battery. The ac was inspected and subsequently charged to once again work cold. I asked Louie about the oil change of which he did not recall was the reason for the service appointment. He checked the cars records and informed me the car was not due for an oil change for another 3100 miles. Not clear on why that was not checked initially. When paying for the service, I asked Louie if the battery had been checked when it was brought in for the initial inspection, of which he replied "You brought it here?" Proceeded to look through the records and report that the battery was not checked, it's difficult to check, and when the car was inspected it returned no power faults. (Cost for repairs $1150) In summary, when choosing Porsche Sacramento as my new service center, it was due to the incredible service received at Niello BMW and my service advisor Casey. I was under the impression Porsche Sacramento was also a Niello affiliate and was a company I could trust. At this point, the amount of red flags during the past 4 months has left me wondering if Porsche Sacramento is a reputable company and it may be necessary to find another Porsche center for service in the future. I'm very disappointed and frustrated with the service received. Andrey the GSM of Porsche Sacramento has been contacted by my close friend to look into this matter further. More

We were experiencing an issue with our 2023 Porsche Taycan’s data connection through Porsche Connect. We made and appointment and upon arriving at the Service Department, we were warmly greeted by Loui Taycan’s data connection through Porsche Connect. We made and appointment and upon arriving at the Service Department, we were warmly greeted by Louie DeBelle. Louie immediately addressed all of our questions and concerns with professionalism and care. His communication throughout the entire service process was outstanding—he kept us informed every step of the way. To our surprise and delight, our vehicle was ready ahead of schedule! Not only was the issue resolved, but our Taycan was returned to us freshly washed and vacuumed. Thanks to this excellent experience, we will always bring our Porsche to Porsche of Sacramento for service. It’s reassuring to know that Louie will be there to assist us with any future service needs. Highly recommend! More
