Porsche SLC service team really came through in a big way for us a few days ago. We were on Crown Rally from Denver to Vegas with our GT3RS and 150 other cars when our cylinder 2 misfired and went into reduc for us a few days ago. We were on Crown Rally from Denver to Vegas with our GT3RS and 150 other cars when our cylinder 2 misfired and went into reduced power mode while while in Flaming Gorge. Thankfully, we were able to coast down while 10 different people started to call various shops to help us ASAP since we were headed to Vegas the next morning. Praying it was plugs or coils, Porsche confirmed they had the parts and could fit us in. So away we went. it was amazing how many shops said no, sorry we can't help you at 2pm in the afternoon. but SLC had the problem fixed within an hour of arrival (Coil pack) and back on the road in no time that had little disruption to our trip. There is no time to waste when on these rallies and things happen and, really when problems arrive you meet people who are willing to do what it takes to help you get back on the road ASAP is what brings the experience to another level. The whole staff was awesome as 10 other rally cars (several of which are Porsche) pulled up and catered to us as we waited for the car to be fixed. Corey and team, I can't thank you enough for helping us out and getting us back on the road to enjoy our journey before headed back to Kansas City. More
