The facility itself is modern and spacious, with high ceilings, natural light streaming in through large windows, and sleek design elements throughout. The service bays are well-organized and clean, showcasing state-of-the-art equipment and well-maintained vehicles. There are several comfortable waiting area adorned with plush seating and amenities, inviting customers to relax while they wait for their vehicles to be serviced. Even the staff seems to enjoy taking breaks here, gathering around a table to share a meal or simply engage in casual conversation. The overall impression is one of trust, competence, and a genuine desire to provide the best possible service to each and every customer who walks through the doors. On one particular visit I was even accompanied on a test drive to help identify a small noise to get a quick diagnosis. More

Overall, software and App are lack of many functions, way behind time and BMW. It doesn't have wireless charger when it's in 2024. Convertible safety feature is not very logical. Lock the car means lock the car. It should not allow open the car from inside unless you lock the car with the lock button inside. If you press lock on the key, it better locks the car regardless inside or outside. Dump program on the two keys and two seats. The logic should have keys are first priority, then choose the seats. Right now, they are separate functions and cannot program together. Example, key 1 user can have two separate seats positions programed. When Key 2 user approaches, the seats should change to Key 2 user's two seat positions. The worst is the brake squeaking sound at low speed. It is not normal to hear that sound regardless you claim it as high performance or super high performance. Noise is noise. Brake should not have that noise like every other car. On the road , it is hurting my ears and pedestrians' ears. More
