Both times it was a very pleasant experience: a spot-on estimate, open and friendly attitude, patient explanations, and apparently 4-year check-ups. While the service sales staff at Tischer Audi has changed over the years one thing has not and that is their professionalism, attention to, and care for customer needs and a willingness to work toward a mutually beneficial sale. In our opinion, Tischer MileOne is among the best overall dealership for customer service before AND after the sale. They have an excellent service department, which is what keeps us going back to Tischer for both new car purchases and service. In our book, Tischer MileOne staff genuinely care about doing right for its customers. It's in their culture.
