As a long time Porsche enthusiast, it was my priority to seek out the best dealer in the metropolitan Washington area with whom to work in selecting a new Porsche. Due to a heavy workload, the need to be out of town on at the end of the week, and my desire to complete a transaction before leaving town, I placed inordinate demands upon Mr. Parkin’s time and resources, having him work with me extensively via electronic mail and telephone prior to actually arriving at the dealership. Throughout the process Mr. Parkin was professional, succinct, and very helpful. Further, Mr. Parkin made himself available to answer my questions and concerns far beyond the normal parameters for working hours; his commitment to ensure the right “fit” for me, rather than just getting me into “any” car was thoroughly commendable.
