Had a bulge in the tire sidewall. Took it to Porsche South Orlando and the tire was replaced with only a deductible charge. Stuart provides excellent service and communication. My first experience with Porsche South Orlando was purchasing an extended service agreement through Porsche. Brian provided an outstanding breakdown of the plans offered. I agreed the one he recommended was the best value for me. Since then I have had two service appointments. Both were timely, the work was performed without any follow up issues. I was kept informed of the progress. The last service advisor, Jimbol, did an outstanding job of keeping me informed of the cost and progress. The car was washed, dried and vacuumed.
