I had my 2026 Macan's 10,000-mile service completed this morning at Porsche South Shore, and once again, the experience was exceptional.

I have been a loyal customer of Porsche South Shore for quite some time. I previously had my 2023 Macan T serviced here and was consistently impressed by the level of care and professionalism. In fact, their service was so much better than what I had experienced at another Porsche dealership on Long Island, where I originally bought my 2023 Macan T, that I never considered taking my car anywhere else.

That experience also influenced where I chose to lease my next Porsche. When it was time for a new car, I came directly back to Porsche South Shore. To me, exceptional service is just as important as the car itself, and they have consistently delivered on both.

 Our appointment was for 8:00 a.m. Was warmly welcomed by Gloria. She made the check-in process seamless. The waiting area is comfortable and beautifully maintained, with coffee, tea, and water available for guests.

 When the service was completed, the Macan was returned freshly washed and impeccably clean--a thoughtful finishing touch that reflects the dealership's attention to detail.

Once again, Porsche South Shore provided a truly five-star experience. From the warm welcome and efficient service to the thoughtful attention to detail, they continue to set the standard for exceptional customer care. More

5 stars isn’t enough. This place has impeccable service. Came in on a gloomy Sunday thinking on our way to Mercedes and something said hey let’s just look. No pressure, no attitude, no judgement. As he came Zach (the manager) passed by and greets us with greet energy making us feel as if we’ve known him his whole life. Then I mentioned we were on our way to Benz and he with a great smile said “well I hope to have you join the Porsche family”. It’s not what he said but the way he said. It was genuine and it truly goes a long way. Being an immigrant working day in and day out it felt like my hard earned money was going to a great establishment who treated me as an equal. I thought hey I’m just buying a macan they probably have High end clients buying 911so I probably won’t get the same service. I actually ended up sitting in the same room as 911 owners and sat like we were family talking about life. I kid you not these guys really know how to make people feel welcome. Other brands you get respect based on what car you get or already have. Porsche South shore is different. But anyways I came the next day asking for the car to be delivered the same while Usman was off (sorry Usman lol) but Zach came in and gave me impeccable service. He was so patient and welcoming. I’m telling you I’m going to make sure every car after this is a Porsche. Even the staff I didn’t get to get names of, they were amazing. Porsche National or corporate or what ever the big guys are… I hope you guys know this team is phenomenal. 911 coming soon 🤞🏽 thank you so much Porsche south shore and shout out to Usman and Zach.
