I recently acquired a 2021 Taycan 4S from Southpoint Porsche. Although it took me awhile to make a decision on exactly what car I wanted to purchase, the staff I interacted with were very patient. This was particularly applicable to Ian McNeill, who is the resident expert on Porsche's line of electric cars. We met in person several times and during each visit, Ian thoughtfully answered all of my questions. It was very clear that he had done his homework! We first considered a 4S at the Hendrick Porsche dealership in Charlotte but decided it didn't have all of the features we wanted. Ian then found another 4S at the Hendrick Honda dealership in Wilmington, and that turned out to be the car we purchased. I also want to give a nod to Coleen who was responsible for all of the paperwork required to walk out the door with a new Porsche.
