Over the years I have purchased a number of luxury vehicles in multiple states with varying experiences. My experience with Taylor, Daniel and Kevin at Porsche West Broward was by far the best experience I've had to date. Don't get fooled with the loaner car offer when you purchase When you purchase your expensive car at this dealer, they tell you that when your car needs service, they will provide you with a loaner car. What they DON"T tell you is there is no loaner cars available for a month! This becomes very problematic for the customer and I have found that they could care less about that. We have 2 Porsche vehicles and will NEVER purchase one at this dealership again More

Porsche deserves better sales practices. Tried to sell me a factory car used for emissions testing with a bumper job done and they did not disclose this until we are about to sign the papers. Moreover they told me that the car had 4 years warranty before I went to the dealer only to find out that the car only has two years left when I was reviewing the paperwork. I asked to certify the car and give me the warranty they told, they asked me to pay another $3k. Total joke, total loss of time. Integrity is something the cars have, not this dealership. More

I worked for months to come up with a resolution, which in the end was agreed upon with Jenry Hernandez that I would have a mobile scratch repair done, and I would be reimbursed. I have been chasing Jenry and Sam Nelson since the end of July to finalize things and send the reimbursement check. After many promises that a check would be mailed, they have now completely ceased replying to me. I have not been able to get in touch with anyone to escalate this issue so I am going on this public forum as many others have. I do not recommend this dealership and am thankful I do not live in the area and can go to communicative and helpful dealerships for service near my home. Our sales agent, Kim LaPorte, was fantastic and is the only reason I have given a 2 star review. More

Alberto was my salesman. From the moment I walked into the dealership I was put at ease by the very laid back atmosphere. It only got better after I was introduced to Alberto. He patiently explained the inventory and then went on a test drive with me for about 30 minutes driving on the highway as well as some back roads to experience the tight handling of the car. No going around the block a few times and then back to the dealership. I ended up getting a very fair trade in price and bought a vehicle right then and there. Thanks to Alberto and the rest of the crew at Porsche West Broward for a very pleasurable experience. And, I love my car!! More
