Great experience!! I bought a Macan S last week. Alberto was my salesman. From the moment I walked into the dealership I was put at ease by the very laid back atmosphere I bought a Macan S last week. Alberto was my salesman. From the moment I walked into the dealership I was put at ease by the very laid back atmosphere. It only got better after I was introduced to Alberto. He patiently explained the inventory and then went on a test drive with me for about 30 minutes driving on the highway as well as some back roads to experience the tight handling of the car. No going around the block a few times and then back to the dealership. I ended up getting a very fair trade in price and bought a vehicle right then and there. Thanks to Alberto and the rest of the crew at Porsche West Broward for a very pleasurable experience. And, I love my car!! More

Horrible sales AND service. How's this possible? Worst dealership experience I've ever had on BOTH sales AND service. Seriously. My first visit about two years ago found me building a $160k Cayenne T Worst dealership experience I've ever had on BOTH sales AND service. Seriously. My first visit about two years ago found me building a $160k Cayenne Turbo S. Once ready to place the order, I was told "we don't discount builds." "Okay" I replied, "how much for this one on the showroom floor?" "Turbo S' are rare-- I might be able to get you a couple grand off but we usually sell these at or even ABOVE sticker." So I bought one from Champion Porsche and they took 13k off sticker. Strike 1 for Porsche of Broward. Next we come to service-- I have so far purchased an extended warranty for my '13 Turbo for around $8k, AND had to replace the gearbox for about $5k-- so they've already got me for around $13k. Yesterday I went in for an intermediate service and brake fluid flush and Mark, my advisor quoted me $1195 at his desk for the service. Thinking it was a bit high, I asked if there was a way he could bring that down a bit and then he fed me the typical "well it's 5.5 hours of service plus parts etc etc etc." I asked if they had specials-- nada. Then today when he told me to come pick up the car, he emailed me letting me know that I also needed front brakes and rotors and that would cost me $1700 and change. So now we're about $1300 in. I had to do my homework-- which honestly, I should have done from the start. I called around, and despite Mark's passionate insistence that I'd find all dealers charging comparable rates, or that they'd use bait and switch tactics, I found the opposite to be true. They, unlike, Mark, and Porsche of West Broward, were VERY upfront and offered much better pricing and even offered discounts/incentives to win my biz. I asked Mark why he doesn't have any discounts to which he replied, "oh we do, you have to go on our website and print the coupon." I asked him why when I asked earlier about the discounts he didn't offer the coupon and I SWEAR to you that his response was "it is the customer's responsibility to find their own deals. It would be impractical or impossible for me to make all of my clients aware of the possibility of discounts available," to which I was shocked to hear and just over it by this point. So I asked that the 10% discount online be applied and that I would be taking my car elsewhere for service, where BOTH the service AND the price was nice! So, in a final last ditch attempt at being a HORRIBLE person, Mark RAISED the price from $1195 to $1297, and THEN offered me the 10% discount-- off a now inflated price! WOW. I swiped my card without a care, because at this point ANY amount of money was worth it to enjoy the luxury of NEVER having to deal with this again, and I was out the door-- declined the free car wash and all. So where did I take my car you ask? Champion Motorsports in Broward. A guy named Tom there offered to take AMAZING care of me and absolutely OBLITERATED the pricing I received at Porsche of West Broward. He actually laughed when I showed him the service write up and said "I wish you would have called me prior to doing your intermediate service." Yes Tom, me too. One last thing to make mention of--- I live less than 2 minutes from Porsche of West Broward, and about 30-45 minutes from Champion. I guess GREAT customer service, straight and honest talk, ethical business practice, and a good price for continual/ loyal/ repeat biz is worth the drive. For me at least it is. Thanks for listening. Mil gracias Alberto!!! More
GL550 Hiding from MR. WITT I reside in Indianapolis IN and last month I purchased a wonderful GL550 from Alex (Salesmen) Great guy really took care of the sale. Thank you Alex. I reside in Indianapolis IN and last month I purchased a wonderful GL550 from Alex (Salesmen) Great guy really took care of the sale. Thank you Alex. Closing the deal with the finance department was another thing all in itself. I wrote a pre-approved check from my bank. The car was delivered to Indianapolis. Daily I had to call the Store for them to send the Bank/Load paper work to close the load and it did not happen for two (2) WEEKS. Manny the manger continued to tell me that the paperwork was faxed over and my bank was stating nothing was send (LAIR), several days went by and I called to talk to another manager and I got Ryan...(LOST) he jumped on the same page with the others that the paperwork was faxed when really it was not. Finally three (3) WEEKS in Ryan decided to get the paperwork and Fax it himself, (WALLA) the paperwork was sent while I was on the phone. Ryan stated he was going to follow up on why the paperwork was not sent and came back with an excuse, (they were holding the paperwork waiting to verify the title work (BULL CRAP) the load and the title work are two separate issues. NEXT Ryan stated he mailed the title to my lean holder USAA they aid they never got the title...while I was waiting to get the vehicle registered, Ryan and Latif the Finance person continued to state the sent the paperwork but Never did. I started asking to speak to Mr. WITT and NO ONE Seems to know how to contact him from that store. I got Irate with them and suddenly they were OVERNIGHTING the title work to my DMV, the same paperwork they said that was already send to my bank, (NOT). the paperwork arrived to my DMV as stated Sat a month after I purchased the vehicle and none of the dollar amounts matched. I was able to reach Carlie from the dealership and was able to explain the paper work and I got the vehicle registered. While sitting in the DMV for Hours I started reading and counting the number on the paperwork and noticed they charged me for some items that were not used like FL registration and EFT paperwork filing that was overnighted so Ryan was able to refund those funds. All in All this is very Poor for a dealership of this Caliber. to carry the name PORSCHE this TOTALLY UNSAT! and THEY STILL WILL NOT GET ME MR. WITTS CONTACT INFO. for the life of me I don't understand why No one there wants me to speak to Mr. Witt. So Sir, If you read these PLEASE contact me Clark Stonewall from Indianapolis IN. Buyer beware Porsche West Broward, I welcome your response. PLEASE and CC Mr. Witt with your response as well. More
Bad experience I saw a vehicle they had for sale online, but because the dealership was far, I called to ask questions and see if it was available still. I was told I saw a vehicle they had for sale online, but because the dealership was far, I called to ask questions and see if it was available still. I was told yes it is and the car was in pristine/excellent condition. I spoke to a salesman (named Byron) he assured me the vehicle was in excellent/pristine condition. He said to hurry because someone else was interested and coming from Orlando to see it soon. Typical sale gimmick that I fell for... So, of course I jumped in my car and drove 80 miles to see the vehicle. When I got there I was excited to jump in and take the car for a drive, so of course we jumped in and took it for a spin. The drive was pretty nice, it had a little pull in the steering, but no biggy. Again, during our drive Byron, told me how all pre-owned vehicles are all put through a high end inspection and only pristine cars are resold to the public, all others are pushed through the auction. I was sold!! After we got back to the dealership, I did a walk around the vehicle. I was very surprised to see a rather large dent in back of the vehicle and many dings throughout the body.. Needless to say I was quite disappointed!!! I was of course told this car was in excellent/pristine condition...But, was willing to try and make it work. Sadly to say, when i ask Byron to either fix it or lower the price a little for me to fix... all I got was a NO!! END OF STORY!!! A VERY ADAMANT NO!! I asked them why they didn't write/mention about the damages in the ad or take a close up picture of the imperfection for buyers to see, before they drove all the way here... blah blah blah? NO GOOD ANSWER???? I asked why they told me the car was in excellent/pristine condition, when it wasn't?? (birds churping, crickets cricketing (or whatever they do) Bottom line NOTHING!!! The salesman Byron even told me a long story (while we were driving) of how the only this dealership ONLY sells pre-owned vehicles the past a detailed body and engine inspection before they are put on the lot for sale. And that if they are not pristine they don't sell them.. When I got in the car he then proceeded to tell me that this car hasn't even been looked at yet, or detailed. " You can tell by how dirty it is (he said) and they didn't ever put a sensor on the key. So much for telling the truth. When people speak enough eventually they put their foot in there mouth!! What a Joke. I then said I had to go, I was over it and I need to get back to work. But, of course he held my license so I had to wait. A ploy to keep me there and try and sell me, even after all this xx, they tried. Next Ploy have the Manager come and talk to you. Typical Use car dealer tactic, something you would think you wouldn't have to deal with at a high end Porsche dealer!! Then the Manager came out. Mr. Big Boss himself (Name I believe is Mayor). I was was annoyed at this point and frustrated as my license was being held hostage. He came out with a huge smile on his face, and basically told after all this extra waisted time , that they would not budge on the price. What a JOKE!!!! Waisted my time to go.. A high end Porsche dealer selling damaged vehicles.. It was a bad experience .. find another dealership!! That doesn't false advertise and cares about their customers! Take My Word for it!! I bought many many High end Cars, don't give these people your Biz!! More
