Alberto Acosta is the Man! I initially went to PWB to accompany a friend that had just bought a used 911 and was going to pick it up. I was looking for a new car, and I was pret I initially went to PWB to accompany a friend that had just bought a used 911 and was going to pick it up. I was looking for a new car, and I was pretty set on getting the Maserati Quattroporte. When I got to the dealership, my friend told the salesman that sold him his Porsche that I was interested in buying a new car, and he wanted me to test drive the Panamera to see how I liked it. The salesman said that he was too busy and couldn't show me the car (I guess he didn't think I was serious about getting a Porsche), and he brushed me off to Alberto Acosta. Boy, am I glad that he did! Alberto Acosta let me test drive the Panamera and I immediately fell in love with it. We spoke about the Maserat0,i and not once that he talk bad about the Quattroporte. He actually told me that it was a nice car that's had its issues in the past, but its better now. He told me that everyone has their preference, and that I should get the Maserati if that's the car that I truly wanted. He gave me his unbiased, honest opinion. I didn't want to jump the gun so I made sure I went home and thought about everything before I got the Panamera. I returned to PWB a few days later with my friend because he had to finish some paperwork for his Porsche. We ran into Alberto, and we started talking about cars for like 30 minutes. Not once did he mention or pressure me into buying the Panamera. That's what got me to trust Alberto. When talking to Alberto, I felt like if I was talking to one of my friends, not a car salesman. A couple of weeks later, I was sure that I wanted a Panamera, but I'm very picky, so I wanted the perfect Panemera for me. Alberto was patient with me every step of the way. He always answered all my calls. He even recommended me another dealership so I can get the exact color I was looking for. I went to the other dealership, but after seeing the exact color I was looking for in person, I wasn't all that impressed. I went back to PWB. Something was telling me to get the car with Alberto. After all the time and effort he invested in me, he deserved it. I'm glad I made that decision. When I went back, it just so happened that the exact car I wanted had arrived a few days prior. I felt like the Porsche gods blessed me for going back to Alberto. I ended up getting the car with Alberto, and I do not regret my decision. Since then, I've had some issues with Porsche services, and Alberto has always been there making sure that I leave happy. Alberto goes above and beyond of what is expected of a salesman. I honestly don't see him as a salesman, I see him as a friend. He has made the whole car buying experience truly enjoyable. PWB is really lucky to have him. More
