I had my 2020 Taycan towed to Porsche West Broward on 9/30 after getting a flat tire—right after finishing a 24-hour hospital shift. I arrived exhausted and overwhelmed, and from the moment I walked in, Pamela (front desk) was incredible. She greeted me at the entrance, listened with real empathy, got me water/coffee and something to eat, walked me to a service advisor, and checked on me throughout the visit. My service advisor, Mark Wright, was prompt, professional, and proactive. He handled everything, kept me updated, and turned a stressful situation into a smooth, worry-free experience. The team even washed my car and returned it looking brand new. As a full-time OB/GYN, I spend my days taking care of others—this visit reminded me what it feels like to be taken care of. The level of hospitality, communication, and follow-through here is exceptional. Huge thanks to Pamela and Mark.
