I recently purchased a car from Porsche Westwood from out of state and had a great experience. LISTING AS CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED WITHOUT CERTIFICATION COMPLETION. There has been several complains about this dealer of listing vehicles as Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) without doing the certification. I drove a total of 12 hours to this dealership on a friday right after Thanksgiving to check out a CPO vehicle only to learn that the certification was not complete. Tires were evidently worn and needed to be changed. Similarly brakes & Rotors were in bad condition. Requested a certified pre-owned inspection report but was informed the car was not certified after the long drive! Stayed in touch with my sales advisor for a whole week with hopes that the certification would be completed so that I can move forward with the purchase but that never happened. Requested to have the car on hold but apparently that is not part of this dealer's policy. Later was told that the car was sold. This incident was extremely frustrating due to the lack of professionalism and disregard of my time. More

Went for service and the service staff is arrogant and disinterested in serving the customer. The simple task of recoding 2 keys took over 2 3/4 hours. The service rep told me I was all set and my car was disinterested in serving the customer. The simple task of recoding 2 keys took over 2 3/4 hours. The service rep told me I was all set and my car was ready BTW the key pads were purchased from them. Payed my bill and drove home to find only 1 key worked correctly (paid $234 to have keys coded). Called the service rep. 4 times over 3 days and he never returned my call. Called the service Manager 3 times over 2 days and neither of them have ever returned my call. I took the key pad apart myself and found a big greasy fingerprint coating the battery which they installed. Cleaned it with alcohol and it works just fine. This dealership just doesn’t care, no professionalism. I spent over $400 for shoddy workmanship and people who don’t care. Let the customer beware! More
