Alexandra: thank you for wanting to make this better and taking the time to reply. I don't need Don to send me any e-mails. I'm not sure if your understanding how this has made me feel. I will do my best to let you know my concerns and how I feel. 1st.. I do not wish to ever talk, email or see Don 2nd .. I have a service owed to me when I purchased the car and I will not be bringing my car back for the free service I have.
