I live in South Florida, and I had been looking for a low mile, recent year, Porsche Panamera 4S for quite a while. When I saw the one I bought from Northtown Porsche (Buffalo,NY) on their website I contact mile, recent year, Porsche Panamera 4S for quite a while. When I saw the one I bought from Northtown Porsche (Buffalo,NY) on their website I contacted them right away. One of their salesmen, Daniel Witkin, was an absolute “superstar” for me. He showed me the car several times thru FaceTime, both inside and out. Their description of the car was spot on accurate, with emphasis on the right highlights. I decided to travel to Buffalo to see and test drive the car. Daniel was kind enough to change his family schedule in order to take care of me, pick me up at the hotel in BUF, and do the test drive. Daniel made arrangements to get the car up on one of their lifts so that I could inspect the car bottom. Paperwork was a breeze, and Daniel helped me arrange for the shipping of the car to FL at a rate that was 50% lower than any quote I had. My experience was so good with Daniel and this dealership that I almost bought a new Macan S for my wife from them the same day!!! (Just unfortunate the exterior color was black...) Highly recommend this dealership (albeit under heavy remodeling), and certainly Daniel Witkin. Just a great salesman, just the facts, not pushy, very kind and accommodating, and just a pleasure to deal with. More

Incompetent service department What a horrible experience. It took them two months for them to plug a scanner into my car and tell me that they couldn't tell what was wrong with it. What a horrible experience. It took them two months for them to plug a scanner into my car and tell me that they couldn't tell what was wrong with it. They claimed I needed to start with a $1700 computer and if that didn't do the trick it would need a $16,000 transmission. The service writer told me that they didn't have the skill or knowledge to fix what was there, they could only throw parts at it. I called the Porsche dealer in Rochester and they told me the same exact computer job would cost $800. When I asked about the disparity in price, they responded by telling me that they refused to work on my car and I needed to pick it up ASAP. I ended up taking the car to an independent garage that replaced the broken part in the transmission for $2800. And it only took two weeks. More
