Hello, We are sorry to hear of your frustration. We most certainly don't write ANY of our reviews. That's not possible. We also believe that if you are going to give us a 1 star review, it should be done fairly. You were interested in a pre-owned Porsche. You previously had an appointment to view this vehicle, but you did not come for your appointment. Instead, without an appointment or phone call, you showed up at the dealership. Which is absolutely not a problem for us. The problem for you, is that when you visited the dealership that day, there was a gentleman already there with interest in the same vehicle as you. We let you know that out of fairness to all of our customers, we had to give him first right of refusal. He was there FIRST and he purchased the vehicle, therefore we completed the deal with him. We would have done the same thing for you if you were there first. We believe that we handled this transaction as honestly and fairly as possible. We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed. Can you explain how your review is fair and accurate?

obviously that is not what I think happened! You are contorting facts! I never missed an appointment ! Total lie! Guy quickelwy called and said he had a car for me! I said I would come that day ! I did ! My treatment thereafter was horrendous! Before I write more email me varshaluthra@comcast.net or call me at 610 613 1726 so that I know who I am writing to! Also my review on your Facebook were deleted! Stand by your reviews good and bad! Don't change the story to suit yourselves!

=== REVIEW RESPONSE BODY === Hello, We are sorry to hear of your frustration. We most certainly don't write ANY of our reviews. The reviews and comments I added to facebook were deleted That's not possible. That is possible. We also believe that if you are going to give us a 1 star review, it should be done fairly. You were interested in a pre-owned Porsche. Yes I was. You previously had an appointment to view this vehicle, but you did not come for your appointment Untrue. I never had an appointment. Instead, without an appointment or phone call you showed up at the dealership. Untrue. I called and left a message on Guy’s voicemail stating I was on my way. Also I don’t think I did anything wrong here. No other dealer treats you badly for showing up without an appointment. Also on the phone when Guy told me about the car I said I would come sometime today to see the car. Which is absolutely not a problem for us. The problem for you, is that when you visited the dealership that day, there was a gentleman already there with interest in the same vehicle as you. Untrue!! When I arrived Guy was busy showing said customer other cars. I was happy to wait until Guy was available since I did not have an appointment but Matt said he would show me the car. I said I did not want to tread on anyone’s toes but Matt insisted that they worked together, so we exchanged pleasantries. Then they had a hard time finding the car they were going to show me. So they asked me to wait in the show room while Matt got the car. Guy proceeded to sell to the other customer. When Matt brought the car I came to look at, to the front so that I could test drive it, as I sat in the passenger side and my daughter got in the back, the customer said to my daughter,” if you don’t buy this car I will.” I came back from my test drive and asked Matt if I could look at the interior of the car. He said sure and went inside the dealership. A few minutes later he knocked on the driver side car window and said the customer wants to take it for a test drive. This is where your sales tactics got rude and you had no civility. In the middle of showing me a car you ask me to step out of it so another customer can drive it. I stepped out of the car and went inside and I told Matt this is very strange and he said in cases like these we defer to our manager. He then left to show another customer another car. The used car manager Rob, then was rude and lacked total customer skills or he was racist or he was a misogynist or both!!!! THAT IS MY PROBLEM!!! HOW RUDELY I WAS TREATED!!! If your customer was there first then why had he not test driven it first and why was I test driving it. Please do not mix up the facts to suit yourselves!!! Why were you showing me a car that he had purchased? We let you know that out of fairness to all of our customers, we had to give him first right of refusal. You did no such thing. He was not even aware the car was there. He was there FIRST and he purchased the vehicle, therefore we completed the deal with him. That is fine but the way I was treated during this entire process was sickening. You could have handled this better. You still are not telling the correct story which is why this review is fair. If he was there first then it would be unfair of you to let me test drive a car that you had given him first right of refusal. This is not the last Porsche on earth. There will be others. However your handling lacked the basics of customer service. And even now not admitting that this was handled poorly, and could have been improved upon shows me that you still have not figure out what you did wrong and are least interested in improving your process. A better way, might have been to say you are sorry. Even your sales people felt the situation was awkward or Guy or Matt would have called me. They know it was a terrible situation. Cars are sold everyday. It’s how they are sold that matters! I We would have done the same thing for you if you were there first. We believe that we handled this transaction as honestly and fairly as possible. We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed. Can you explain how your review is fair and accurate?
