I had outstanding service from the moment I entered the parking lot of the dealer, everything I was explained to me about the car that I was interested in. Port City nissan is a great car shopping experience, even for those that do not end up purchasing a vehicle here. He even lined up both cars so that I could compare them against one another right there, to help make my research easier. I also dealt with Ian Palmer, another great salesman that answered all my questions via email in a timely manner. He even made sure that when he wasn't there that my services were both going to be taken care of, and that I was given the appropriate attention and care when he came back. I was very pleased with my first new automobile purchase. I had been in contact with countless dealers looking for the best deal. One dealer did the bait and switch thing and had me believing that I had to I had been in contact with countless dealers looking for the best deal. One dealer did the bait and switch thing and had me believing that I had to buy a used car(which ended up being more money than the new car I went in for when I checked their website later) because I had bad credit. They never even showed me the car I went in for. Another dealer had a higher price of a little more than $1000 on the car I wanted. Port City was different. They were upfront and honest about the price, discounts, payments and the salesman was very knowledgeable about the car I was buying. I got the car I wanted for the lowest price I could find. Port City made it pretty painless! More

I went to Port City after having a bad experience at a previous dealer. We finally decided to purchase a Sentra and I really thought the hard part of car shopping was behind me, but alas--no. My mind set has always been that the worst evil in this world is car dealerships-- Times they are a changin'!!!
