Your lot attendant could have pointed out the key hole really quickly. It was out of normal sight. Not sure how the situation was caused. Owners manual was not clear on solving the problem.

"Great service and awesome lounge"

This is the first time I've been to Port City Nissan for services. I had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I even asked them to check something not related to my oil and they said no problem and didn't charge for checking. Also, I asked how much it would be and they said they could offer me a coupon. That coupon deducted 23$. The lounge is the best I've seen in a long time with muffins, snacks, water and coffee and even treats for your furry friends! I did think that they would vacuum the vehicle as a complimentary service (other places do that) but overall great experience! Thank you :)
