I bought my Nissan Rogue from Port City and have brought my vehicle here for all of its maintenance since. I have friendly reminder emails (thank god!) of the maintenance I need and complimentary service on smaller repairs other places would typically charge for. I’m very happy with Port City Nissan.

Now I can get the proper service done on my car with this convenient location. Getting a ride to work was a HUGE help!!! The guys that drove me to work were so friendly and very safe drivers. I cannot say enough about this place all the way around!

The service department is always great when I bring my cars in and this visit was no different. I hadn’t made an appointment and they got me right in and went over the price and what was needed. Waiting room was clean and filled with refreshments. My service was done quickly and they walked me to the payment center. He went over the bill with me and then I was cashed out.

"Excellent service "

I was greeted immediately by the service manager. Even though I exceeded the 1 year window for a free standard 6000 mile service, it was waived and my service was free plus they washed the car! I was told that it would be about an hour but they finished in less than that. I’m happy with the service I received.

It took two visits to find a problem with a tire with a slow leak.. This indicates to me that either the person performing the work did not take the time to find a slow leak.
